Ne apropiem de a doua aniversare a transplantului. Din 2023, data de 18 iunie a devenit o zi importantă în calendarul familiei Boros. Olivér trăiește de aproape doi ani cu noile organe – luptă și se adaptează la noile provocări și oportunități pe care acestea le aduc. Mama sa, Emese, scrie frecvent pe rețelele de socializare despre tratamentele urmate, schimbările în medicație și rezultatele analizelor, inclusiv despre virusul BK, care deocamdată împiedică ca Olivér să ducă o viață deplină cu organele transplantate. Așa au trecut aproape doi ani pentru familia Boros: 🔸 Data transplantului: 18 iunie 2023. 🔸 Până pe 3 iulie, Olivér a fost internat la terapie intensivă, iar până la sfârșitul lunii a rămas pe secția de nefrologie, după care s-a recuperat acasă, la Lyon. 🔸 La sfârșitul lui august, s-au întors la spital din cauza unei febre și a unei pielonefrite; atunci medicii au descoperit că și vezica urinară funcționează cu dificultăți. 🔸 La mijlocul lui septembrie, i s-a montat un cateter direct în vezica urinară, deoarece operația Mitrofanoff nu putea fi efectuată mai devreme de 6 luni de la transplant. 🔸 În februarie 2024, a avut loc intervenția Mitrofanoff. 🔸 În mai 2024, au primit permisiunea de a merge pentru câteva zile în siguranță acasă, în România. 🔸 Prima aniversare a transplantului a fost sărbătorită din nou la Lyon, iar „cadoul” a fost un diagnostic de virus BK, descoperit exact pe 18 iunie. 🔸 Luna iulie a fost dedicată unui nou protocol de tratament și a schimbării medicației. 🔸 În vara lui 2024, Krisztián a petrecut o perioadă scurtă alături de ei la Lyon. 🔸 La sfârșitul lui iulie, au început terapia cu imunoglobulină. 🔸 Pe 9 septembrie, Olivér a început noul an școlar online; în acea lună, au crezut că rinichiul nu va mai putea rezista virusului BK. 🔸 În octombrie, medicii au diagnosticat nefropatie la noul rinichi. 🔸 Pe 17 noiembrie, pentru prima dată, valoarea virusului a început să scadă. 🔸 Crăciunul l-au petrecut în siguranță acasă, în România. 🔸 În primele zile ale lunii ianuarie, s-au întors la Lyon, însoțiți și de o nouă infecție. 🔸 Acum este sfârșitul lui martie și continuă să luptăm cu virusul BK, fără să știe pentru cât timp...

HU: Közeledünk a transzplantációs műtét második évfordulójához. 2023 óta a június 18-a egy új fontos dátum, jegyzett nap lett a Boros család naptárában. Olivér lassan két éve él együtt (küzd, harcol) az új szervekkel, amelyek új lehetőséget és új kihívásokat hoztak számára. Édesanyja, Emese rendeszeresen ír arról közösségi oldalán, hogy vannak, éppen milyen kezelésre váltanak vagy milyen eredményeket kaptak legutóbb a BK vírusról, ami egyelőre elképzelhetetlenné teszi, hogy az új szervekkel Olivér teljes életet éljen. Az elmúlt közel két év így telt tehát a Boros családnak: 🔸 A transzplantációs műtét dátuma: 2023. június 18. 🔸 Július 3-ig Olivér az intenzív osztályon feküdt, majd a hónap végéig a nefrológia osztályon, ezt követően lyoni otthonunkban épülgetett. 🔸Augusztus végén lázzal és vesemedence-gyulladással tértünk vissza a kórházba, akkor vették észre a szakemberek azt is, hogy a vízhólyag nem ürít. 🔸Szeptember közepén behelyeztek egy katétert egyenesen a vízhólyagba, mert a Mitrofanoff műtétet a sebész csak transzplant után 6 hónap elteltével vállalta. 🔸2024. februárjában megtörtént a Mitrofanoff műtét. 🔸2024. Májusában engedélyt kaptunk arra, hogy néhány napra biztonságban hazatérjünk a családunkhoz, Romániába. 🔸A szervátültetés első évfordulóját már újra Lyonban ünnepeltük, az ajándékunk egy BK vírus volt, amit napra pontosan június 18-án fedeztek fel. 🔸Új kezelési sémáról, új gyógyszerekről szólt a júliusi hónap. 🔸2024. nyarán egy rövid időszakot Krisztián is velünk töltött Lyonban. 🔸Július végén elkezdtük az immunoglobulin helyettesítő terápiát. 🔸Szeptember 9-én online kezdtük meg az új tanévet, ebben a hónapban azt hittük, a vese már nem fog tudni tovább ellenállni a BK vírusnak. 🔸Októberben nephropátiát (vesebetegséget) fedeztek fel az új vesénél. 🔸November 17-én első alkalommal csökkeni kezdett a vírus értéke. 🔸A szentestét sikerült biztonságban otthon, a családunkkal, Romániában töltenünk. 🔸Január első napjaiban visszatértünk Lyonba, és egy új fertőzés is velünk tartott. 🔸Most március vége van és BK vírussal továbbra is harcolunk, kitudja meddig…

We are approaching the second anniversary of the transplant. Since 2023, June 18 has become an important date in the Boros family’s calendar. For nearly two years, Olivér has been living with – fighting and adapting to – his new organs, which have brought both new opportunities and challenges. His mother, Emese, frequently shares updates on social media about their treatments, medication adjustments, and test results, including the persistent BK virus, which currently makes it impossible for Olivér to live a full life with the transplanted organs. Here’s how the past two years have unfolded for the Boros family: 🔸 Transplantation date: June 18, 2023. 🔸 Until July 3, Olivér remained in intensive care, then stayed in the nephrology department until the end of the month before continuing his recovery at home in Lyon. 🔸 At the end of August, they returned to the hospital due to fever and kidney infection; it was then that doctors also discovered that his bladder was not emptying properly. 🔸 In mid-September, a catheter was inserted directly into his bladder, as the Mitrofanoff surgery could not be performed until six months after the transplantation. 🔸 In February 2024, the Mitrofanoff surgery took place. 🔸 In May 2024, they were given permission to safely return home to Romania for a few days. 🔸 They celebrated the first transplant anniversary back in Lyon, only to receive an unwanted "gift"—a BK virus diagnosis, discovered exactly on June 18. 🔸 July was all about a new treatment plan and adjusting medications. 🔸 In summer 2024, Krisztián spent a short time with them in Lyon. 🔸 At the end of July, they started immunoglobulin replacement therapy. 🔸 On September 9, Olivér started the new school year online, and that month they feared his kidney might no longer be able to fight the BK virus. 🔸 In October, nephropathy was diagnosed in his new kidney. 🔸 On November 17, for the first time, the virus levels began to decrease. 🔸 They were able to spend Christmas safely at home with their family in Romania. 🔸 In early January, they returned to Lyon—along with a new infection. 🔸 Now it’s the end of March, and they’re still battling the BK virus… for who knows how long.
